Nineteen months into the Obama Administration, even Time Magazine is recognizing that Obama has lost his popularity.  Glaringly missing from the Time article is the admission that absolutely none of Obama’s policies, programs, or leadership moves have worked.

None!  Nada!  Zip! Please follow the previous link for an excellent article by Keith Hennessey documenting the Obama economy.

Just last week, our Loser in Chief announced that the US combat phase in Iraq was over. Immediately, the Al Queda insurgents started actions they have been planning since Obama was elected to office and promised to be out of Iraq by a certain date.  Their patience is payng off.

Barack Obama has no clue what it means to be Commander in Chief of the armed forces of the most powerful nation on earth.  By announcing politically motivated withdrawal dates, this Humpty-Dumpty President guarantees more lost lives of American and Iraqi soldiers and civilians.

When Obama came into office, the war in Iraq was his to lose.  The unchallenged triumph of George W. Bush’s hard work, and the blood and honor of our military is at stake.

Unfortunately, it appears that Barack Obama is dead earnest in pursuing his cut-and-run policies.  The long term security of our nation does not mean much in his political calculus.

How ’bout them apples?

A few months ago, my answer for the above question would have been, “Who cares?”

About one American out of five care.  According to the latest polls they think that Barack Hussein really is a Muslim.

Are 20% of the American people right in thinking Obama is Muslim?  It doesn’t matter whether they are correct or not.  As long as they think he is Muslim, Obama will always be a Muslim for that group of people.

Why would anyone think Obama is a Muslim?  Well, for one thing a critical part of his upbringing was in Muslim households and partly in a Muslim country.

Barack Obama has been seen in photographs bowing to the King of Saudi Arabia and other Muslim leaders.  Does that mean he is Muslim or does that mean that he harbors a deep seated favoritism for Muslims?

Then we have to take into account Obama’s forgiving attitude toward Muslim terrorists.  His defense of Muslim terrorists is almost criminal in and of itself.

Lastly, we have Obama’s proclamation of support for the siting of a mosque in the ground zero neighborhood.  He tried crawfishing on this one, but nobody intelligent is buying it.

If all the above behavior does not indicate a strong support for Muslims, nothing does.

Do all these things mean Obama is a Muslim?  I don’t think so.

There seems to be an iPhone application for everything.  Now, there is one for global warming.  A global warming skeptic in Australia created the following app, and it is growing in popularity by leaps and bounds.  I paid the 99 cents for the app, and find it to have some great charts and information about the science of global warming.

When the catastrophic climate alarmists found out about this app, they went ballistic.  It seems that there is an iPhone app called “Skeptical Science” which is purposely misleading.  The author is an over-the-top, catastrophic global warming freak, and has included in incredible amount of non-science to try to refute the real climate skeptics.

The Australian newspaper, The Guardian, blogged on the side of the global warming activist, and other global warming activist blogs are arguing that the Our Climate app is bogus.  Genuine skeptic sites point out the BS that is in the “Skeptical Science” app.  The fight goes on and on.

According to the news reports, the man that killed eight people in Connecticut was either doing it because of being a target of racial harassment, or because he was fired for stealing from the company.

He was as driver for a beverage distributor and attended a meeting with his management and union representative. He was shown videos of himself taking merchandise from his truck, and was asked to resign or be fired.

Either way, he murdered eight people and committed suicide.

If there were multiple harassment events targeting this man, maybe the last straw was his firing during the meeting.

From the news reports, he had told his girlfriend that there had been a pattern of race related abuse, and he was the target.

The nation needs to know what happened in this case.  The investigation needs to be swift, and the local law enforcement needs to publicize all the facts.

If you are invited to a meeting with your management and union representative, would you anticipate a railroad job out of the company and carry a handgun to the meeting?

A lot of people recognize the current recession for what it is.  It had its beginnings in the lowering of credit standards so people with bad credit would qualify for loans they could not repay.

That’s it, pure and simple.  Not only did people with bad credit get loans, but people with decent credit could finance much larger homes for speculative purposes.

The financial sharks came out in droves milking the situation for everything it was worth.

If this were not bad enough the government backed home loan guarantors, The Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) and  the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac),  were forced by Congress to buy the high risk mortgages from the loaning mortgage banks.

Fannie and Freddie turned around and resold around these bad mortgages packaged with some good ones to the rest of the world.  Since the US Government is on the hook for everything Fannie and Freddie do, we are now having to pay Trillions of dollars in tax money to correct the stupid laws Congressional Democrats passed.

So, what does Obama do to  1) get the nation out of a recession if his party’s doings, and  2) what do the Democrats do about the dangerous way Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac do business?

Obama and his Democrat majority did NOTHING about Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac except hide their heads and pretend that everything is alright. Those silly laws are still in existence.

Obama passed an almost one Trillion dollar “stimulus” package that generates NO MEASURABLE ECONOMIC BENEFIT in jobs or anything else.  His bill is simply the same old political payoff to big cities and states.

The recession may have started before Obama was elected to office, but this recession is his bought by the useless stimulus spending and ignorant economics of his Administration.

It has become generally known that Obama is not only incompetent as an executive, but in economics, too.

We have a problem.

Millions of people from the interior of Mexico and points south are pouring into our great country every year.  These are the modern day hungry, defeated, despised, and wretched refuse no other country in the world wants to shelter.

In the minds of many these illegals should be sent packing back to the tropical paradise of their origin.   They take jobs legitimate Americans should have, and cost local and national taxpayers billions of dollars in services they do not deserve.

Democrats and other atheists want us to do the Christian thing and show mercy to these poor souls, declare them citizens, and register them to vote for more Democrats.  They want “Comprehensive Immigration Reform”.

Comprehensive Immigration Reform is code for amnesty, and it’s a non-starter.

We need new solutions; stuff out of left field; brain storming ideas; and just plain bold proposals.

I have a bold plan.  It is simple, but not simplistic.

We should ask our illegal Mexican squatters to go home. They are no longer welcome.

The follow-up action is to vigorously prosecute companies who hire illegal aliens.  This is easier than it sounds, and does not involve buses, cattle cars, or German shepherds.

Note the simplicity, directness, and economy with which the problem is addressed.

The really big thing about the “Go Home” program is that it would not cost anything to implement.  No new laws, no prisons, and you can use the same cops we have.

The one thing that will make it work is to lock down the border.  Everything else will follow from this.

We have a whistle blower. A senior attorney in the Department of Justice, and a lead attorney in the prosecution of the New Black Panther’s intimidating presence at a Philadelphia voting poll has resigned in protest of the dropping of the case, even though the case had already been won.  Nothing remained except for deciding the punishment of the evil doers.

See the YouTube video, below, taken by a University of Pennsylvania student of the actual incident.  The Black Panther dudes were not Jehovah’s Witnesses or Mormons out to convert you to their brand of worship.  They were there to intimidate poll workers from challenging the legitimacy of thousands of illegal voters registered by the Democrats favorite stooge organization, ACORN.

One of the charges against the Department of Justice is that there is an internal, non-published policy of NOT prosecuting cases where the victims are white.  How does this happen?

This happens when the President of The United States has befriended, and belonged to a black supremacist church for 25 years.  Barack Hussein Obama’s past and subsequent influences are now showing themselves, and it’s not pretty.

Opponents of Obama were belittled for observing that he has a Muslim background, and was likely to prejudice US policy towards leniency to Muslim terrorists.  Barack Obama’s bowing and kissing up to terrorist leaders, and trying to shut down the Guantanamo detention facility bear witness to his bankrupt, Muslim leanings.

It became obvious in the campaign that Obama was using the language and reasoning of the discredited Marxist movement which has failed, or is failing, in ALL of its host countries.  Socialism is just a cousin of Marxism, and the source of Obama’s swooning love for socialism is probably his Ivy League education.

Prior to his election, Obama made the statement that he would bankrupt coal companies. Liberals tried to laugh it off as a remark of the moment.  Now, we know that Barack Obama meant what he said, and he is ignorant enough to follow through with his threats.

Now, we have a Racist, Marxist, Extreme Environmentalist President, and the nation is in huge trouble.  Everything Obama believes in is either anti-American or injurious to our freedoms and economic health of our great nation.

Read the Pajamas Media article written by J. Christopher Adams, the bravest whistle blower in US history.  He is braving the onslaught of the Democrat, liberal media slime machine for telling the truth.  The Department of Justice is trashing Mr. Adams, but the truth will eventually come out.

May God have mercy on his soul.

An Associated Press article on Yahoo is alerting us that the 92 year old Senator from West Virginia is seriously ill.  There is no prognosis on if he is deathly ill, but with his age and frail health, nobody would be surprised.

One of the inviting things about news articles on Yahoo is that you have the opportunity to comment on the article.  Unfortunately, everybody else has that opportunity, too.

It is inevitable that many of the comments are saying that it is about time the old man died.  This is a reprehensible attitude, but a review of Senator Byrd’s past could lead you to give these ill-wishers a pass.

The Senator is a past member of the Ku Klux Klan (KKK).  At some time in the past, Byrd renounced his membership in this racist organization.  It is obvious that Senator Byrd’s conversion to racial rationality was a political, not moral, decision.

It should be remembered that one of the founders of the KKK, Nathan Bedford Forest, later renounced his membership in the organization because he felt that thugs had taken over.  Senator Byrd obviously joined the KKK in the age of thuggery.  Forest was a slave trader before the Civil War, and had no compassion for black people.  I don’t think Byrd has compassion for people of any color.

You see, when somebody joined the KKK, it was for a reason.  These reasons revolved around fear, hate, and ambition.  To be a member you had to have no compassion for black people, and this was part of Byrd’s psyche.

He is revered in the Senate because he rubber stamps Democrat programs, and can get elected time after time in West Virginia.

I wish the old man no ill will, but maybe this illness will get his worthless backside out of the Senate.

General Washington walked the walk, and talked the talk. He was a stern leader, but showed compassion and wisdom in his dealings with subordinates.  He would execute a soldier for desertion, or extend mercy in the case of contrition on the part of the guilty.

Abraham Lincoln, like Washington, was a man of principle.  He was derided by the popular press, and was excoriated by the Democrat party.  If Lincoln would have lost the 1864 election to Democrat McClellan the slaves would arguably not have been freed for generations.  Lincoln stayed with his principles, and the results were historic.

Fast forward to the present, and you get George W Bush, one of the most under-rated leaders in history.  His legacy will read a lot different than the New York Times would have you believe.

Like Washington and Lincoln, G W Bush is a man of principle and didn’t let the popular press dictate the direction of his administration.  If the popular press and the Democrats would have had their way, Saddam Hussein would still be murdering people, a very real threat to the USA, and would be hosting terrorist groups as was the case before his demise.

With the knowledge and benefit of hindsight, we can ask what each of these Presidents would have done in the case of General McChrystal’s inadvertant political and personal swipes at the Administration.

I believe Washington would have talked to McChrystal and made the determination that just because there were differences of opinion, this would have been manageable.  The two things Washington would not tolerate were cowardice and treason.  McChrystal’s statements fit neither of these categories.

Abraham Lincoln had big problems with people who didn’t want to win the Civil War, and he could not stand reticent field commanders.  He would have had no problem with General McChrystal.  McChrystal is a winner, and just because he is a bit on the mouthy side, he is all about winning.  Nothing wrong with that.

George W Bush is a different kind of leader.  Make no mistake about it, G W Bush is a leader of men and does not get intimidated by his subordinates. In my opinion his greatest weakness as President was that he was too loyal to his staff and appointees, some of whom should have been fired.

Bush took a long time to make up his mind about the surge in Iraq, but did so when convinced that it was a winning strategy.  George Bush is a winner, and he would have been able to work with McChrystal, also a winner.  These guys know how to get things done.

Barack Obama has no experience in leading people or successfully managing organizations.

Obama’s leadership skills are based on receiving adulation and wet lips on his posterior area from those around him. When he does not get worshipful attention he has a fit. According to Press Secretary Robert Gibbs, the Whiner in Chief got “really mad” when he heard about the Rolling Stone article.

With Obama, everything is personal.

In my opinion President Obama fired General McChrystal because he could not stand the personal implications of some of the comments published by Rolling Stone Magazine.  Obama is not much of a man as measured against other Presidents.
